Un-planned room structures. Always under maintenance. Although sub-staffs are very polite, but reception guys and managers are dumb.

Room was neat and tidy and well maintained, and spacious. Bathroom was clean, ac worked perfectly so this made for a very pleasant stay. The property is couple friendly and we had no disturbances of any sort in our stay here. Food at rajshahi restaurant at the hotel is also quite good.
