Always a good value for the money. Unfortunately our neighbors were awful. Fighting all night. Very little the desk could do.

Best kept secret in Commerce , better than expected. They treated my family like royalty. Holly was great. Not our level of accommodation but will return. Then only issues I had was it allowed pets in the rooms. The housekeeping staff are awesome. The provided my sister with a monitor to use as she had to work on this trip. It's the little things that matters. Being a hospitality professional and I am a stickler for service.

This location and price were the reasons for booking one night on the road. We liked being able to park right outside our door. The unit appeared clean and updated. The refrigerator with the separate freezer was a great perk. We liked the TV, chair and desk as well. We did not like the soap dispensers on the walls. For older guests with arthritis in their fingers and hands, they were very difficult to use. Many establishments are using one cup coffee makers now, but the quality of the coffee was poor. A small 4 cup coffee maker with better coffee would be nice. We were surprised that no tissue boxes were available. I don't think we've ever stayed in a place that did not offer tissue boxes. The mattress on the king bed was too hard for our tastes. The a/c machine looked new and was quiet. We did not use the common areas, so we can't comment on the hotel amenities.
