Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. King size beds as advertised is not to USA standard sizes, so was smaller than expected.

Brilliant 1 day stay
The hotel was located a bit away from Falkirk however the it looked amazing. The hotel room was also set-up well and had wonderful colours.
Bathroom was spacious and the bathtub was comfy. I would definitely stay there again!
However the walls are rather thin and you can hear a decent amount when people are walking by.

Stayed here one night, was a great place to stay near the Kelpies. Lovely grounds. Ate at the restaurant whch was good. Rooms were a good size and comfortable.

Wedding excellent We had our wedding here on 22/3/25, what an amazing day , lynne the wedding coordinator is so professional, everything ran smoothly , she is so helpful , ryan is also so helpful, they both couldnt do enough for us all , the food was amazing , all the guests remarked on how good it was , especially the lentil soup and the dessert ( especially the coconut ice cream) , all staff are great , jen on reception is so lovely and helpful, I can highly recommend the venue, the food in the restaurant is also very good , they managed to find time to fit 8 of us in the night before wedding, 5 stars all round

From start to finish we had an amazing stay. We took our friends to celebrate one of their birthdays and so glad we did. At reception the girl was just lovely, best check in we had in a while. Room was just lovely with great style, beautiful big comfy bed. Great to have a bathroom with a freestanding bath as well as walk in shower. Complimented with Mowlton Brown toiletries. Lovely wee bar with smashing friendly staff and nice outside area to sit in the sun. The food was so great we all had 3courses which is unusual for us and enjoyed every bit. Had after dinner cocktails back in bar again just brill. Breakfast was just fab too then a very friendly check out and big desire to return. I had read some reviews with things like no bar well can assure you that's wrong. Another said only choice of eggs at breakfast was scrambled again wrong as could choose scrambled, poached or fried. Defo be booking to return.
