Gisteren met 5 volwassenen en 3 kinderen nog eens gaan eten. Viel enorm tegen na diverse goede ervaringen in het verleden. Twee jaar geleden waren we al iets minder positief, maar we wilden het toch nog een keer een kans geven. Dus daarom op 6-7-24 nog eens een bezoek gebracht aan het restaurant van het hotel. De bediening spreekt helaas geen Engels of Duits, geen probleem want dit is op meer plekken het geval. De voorgerechten waren heerlijk, maar een van de hoofdgerechten werd gelijktijdig geserveerd. Kan gebeuren maar daarna ontstond een opstapeling van fouten; een fout gerecht werd geserveerd voor onze zoon, een hamburger die rauw was voor een kind van 3, de Ossobuco was alleen bot en geen vlees, het hoofdgerecht van mijn partner waren ze vergeten te maken, terwijl ze nog aan de tafel kwamen controleren of het goede gerecht was genoteerd. Na de hoofdgerechten hadden we geen bestek, dus dit zelf maar in de kast gaan pakken. Al met al geen goede ervaring en ook de prijs kwaliteit was niet in verhouding. Jammer, maar wij komen hier niet meer terug.

The value for money correlation is not there. The hotel is nicely located, the rooms Were clean, good air-condition, but the hotel is just very basic and should not charge more than 150 dollars per night. Check in took a long time with paper work … ok for 150 but not the premium rate we were charged.
