The room is too old. The sheets are not a quilt. They are two sheets plus a blanket. They can be delivered to the airport and breakfast can be delivered to the room

Selimut y kaya ga di ganti dan robek, kotak tisu nya berdebu, toilet y ga bisa di pake ,buat bab susah ,keisi air nya super lambat ,buat di fls Kamar 212 Untuk sarapan pagi ya ,lengkap dan enak

dapat kamar yang super gak layak,,,, bikin kapok order melalui trip, karena resepsionis menjelaskan , untuk kamar yang bagus orderlah melalui traveloka, dan resepsinis bilang , tidak bekerja sama dengan trip.com. kalo memang gak kerja sama , gak usah lah segala bisa di boking melalui trip.com, hnduk seperti lap kaki, wc air tidk lancar, shower bocor, tv mati. dapat kamar yg gak layak dijual.

I was stay in room 220, and i shocked to find that so many fungus on bathroom door frame in my room. There is something need to be improve with cleanliness and tidiness in this hotel for a better great stay experience later on. Thankyou
