Wir haben im Café & Rooms Provence übernachtet und waren absolut begeistert! Die Atmosphäre ist wunderschön – mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, als wäre man in einem kleinen Stück Provence mitten in Banja Luka. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, sauber und duftete herrlich. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und wurde mit einem Lächeln serviert. Ein ganz besonderer Moment war, als wir zum Abschied ein kleines Geschenk als Erinnerung bekommen haben – so eine schöne Geste erlebt man wirklich selten. Wir haben uns nicht wie Gäste, sondern wie bei Freunden gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder! 💛

Nice room great price Nice room but bathroom a bit tight. Nice restaurant, walk to shops and town center, bus nearby. Renovating lower level, but noise wasnt an issue.

Great place, big room. Nice place, big rooms. I also got a big balcony all to myself. The room was nicer in real life then it was un the pictures. Great location. Friendly staff. Only have good things to say. Would stay there again.

Bed was comfortable and large. Weird design with couch on the door. Ant traps (and a few ants) were found on the floor. Not many options for gluten-free meals, but they were able to accommodate our gluten-free requests so we appreciated that. We were most disappointed that we got charged for ordering 3 glasses of fresh orange juice during breakfast. We were not informed those orders would be charged until we attempted checkout. (We also got charged for ordering french fries in the morning, but that was expected since french fries were not listed on their complimentary continental breakfast menu. However, drinks ("juices") certainly were listed on the menu.)

Mein Zimmer war sehr schön und modern, auch das Badezimmer. Der Balkon war super und Internet hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Fernseher bietet Programme aus aller Welt, toll! Das Bett war sehr bequem und es gab auch eine Klimaanlange. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, man konnte aus einer Karte auswählen.

Отель в хорошем уютном месте недалеко от центра и крепости. Хороший номер с балконом и просторной душевой комнатой. Есть бесплатная парковка. Завтраки неплохие, хотя и по меню… Второй напиток, такой как чай или кофе второй раз уже не приготовят…☹️
