Breakfast was great. We had a little maintenance issue with the room but the maintenance staff came right up to resolve our issue. Front desk girl was very professional and courteous. She was on the phone with what sounded like a previous guest who was clearly complaining about something regarding the sales tax and a reservation with the previous private owner prior to Quality Inn taking over. She handled herself very well, calm professional and respectful even though the person on the other end of the line was not reciprocating those same qualities. She got off the phone and helped me with a great smile and very attentive to my questions. Great job!!

It is a really perfect staying place to have, it is easy to find. If you are a gym person, there is a pool and a mini gym. I really love this place.

The room was decent but that is about it. The staff is extremely unfriendly and not helpful. The pool is so cold it's like stepping into an icebox. My child went "swimming" in the bathtub instead. The breakfast was a joke. Why put a table and fridge in your room if you are not "allowed" per staff saying there is no food allowed in rooms. I have never been so upset and mistreated staying at any hotel as I was here. I was accosted by hotel staff over a muffin and a cup of milk that I was taking back for my screaming 5 yr old. I was also told that I could back my bags and get the hell out at anytimei n those exact words I might add. I have called and asked several times now to speak to a manager and I keep getting the same answer. There isn't any available to speak with. My worst stay and I will not go back. Nightmare Hotel do not stay.

This is now a Quality Inn and has had extensive renovations to rooms and common areas over the past few months. The housekeeping was impeccable and the staff friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was adequate, but limited choices. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay including a small refrigerator, microwave and flat panel television. New flooring and carpets throughout the hotel. Definitely a big improvement from when we stayed about 3 years ago. I would ignore any reviews prior to late 2024 as those are likely pre-renovation. FYI, the restaurant next door (formerly Ground Round and then a Mexican) is closed. Good free parking adjacent. Good value for the price at time of our stay. Especially want to recognize the front desk and breakfast staff.

Room at the end of the hall where construction was happening. Hall looked to be doing base paint work that up that was in progress. Back entry door did not lock so anyone could come in as they pleased. We were charged $187 plus taxes and I see prices listed for $117. There is not a "hot breakfast" as advertised - just a toaster, frig, and a microwave for bagels, bars and yogurt. People hanging out smoking at the back door. We made the reservation via Travelocity. Go somewhere else.
