Como Met was for me a nice modern chic hotel in BKK with really nice layouts, aircon'd hallways, a solid pool and a tall lobby. Service was good (cept the long wait for a margarita..)

This is my second time staying at this como hotel.
The problem is still the same. The room is too old. Each light button is a separate switch! The toilet is old. The TV in the room is also very old. When I chatted with the manager in the morning, the hotel said that it would take three months to renovate the room.
If you arrive at the hotel late at night, you can check in early. When I called, I was told that the paid check-in price was 3,000 baht. When I got to the front desk, I was told that it was 5,000 baht. After arguing, I immediately agreed to 3,000 baht. I think we can talk about it.
The service staff in this hotel are divided into people. The good ones are very good, and the bad ones have terrible service. Avoid the old lady with glasses and short curly hair at the front desk of this hotel. I seriously avoid it. I have seen reviews before and someone has mentioned this person. This hotel is a matter of personal opinion.

This is the most satisfying hotel on this trip.
Facilities: Everything is available to meet all needs, especially the gym. The hotel is very new and I am very satisfied.
Sanitation: Clean and tidy, daily cleaning is also very good.
Environment: Great.
Service: The service is the best of the three hotels this time. I would like to give special praise for the fast check-in, which takes only 2 minutes. You only need to provide your passport and visa, and the service staff will handle it for you. You just need to sit and rest!
