The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it is located next door to BTS. The highest floor we stayed in, the 21st floor, has very high ceilings, plenty of water temperature, the only inferiority is the relatively dim lighting.

The transportation is convenient. The BTS station is right at the door. There is an elevator so you don't have to worry about carrying luggage. There is a general supermarket next door which is very convenient. The business hours are 6:00-24:00. The service staff are kind. They will help open the door and carry the luggage when you enter. They will also ask if you need help calling a taxi when you go out. The room is quite satisfactory, including the bathroom and toilet, which are separated from wet and dry. It is clean. There are 2 refrigerators, a washing machine, and an induction cooker. , microwave, and small kitchen utensils are all available, which is great. The only drawback is that there is no detergent available. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, with American, Thai, Chinese, and Western styles available. It’s enough to fill you up, and it also comes with 2 packs of local small egg roll snacks! I will probably stay here again next time I come to Thailand.

I have never come across such a bad five-star hotel. This is a Japanese hotel! I booked for three nights after seeing the ranking I had dinner in the restaurant on the first night. Every time you turn on the warm water, you have to turn it on both sides, and it is extremely difficult to turn it off (if it is not environmentally friendly, I really want to turn it off). The bathroom is very narrow, the door is from the last century, and there is no exhaust fan in the toilet! ! ! Service: The front desk phone is always not polite. They are very impatient when they ask them to check the exhaust equipment. They didn’t give me the power card and they were angry at me. We have already given it! I said you can see for yourself, and finally found out that there was no such thing (and they never apologized) It didn't stir up ethnic hatred, but what does it mean that the front desk nodded and bowed to the Japanese and rolled their eyes at us? This is a Japanese-style hotel that hosts Japanese companies. I advise all Chinese people not to come and don't be offended by this! The facilities are not as good as those of domestic three-star hotels!
