The room is spacious and good, however I have unpleasant experiences with the staffs. They didn’t take the equivalent amount of SGD for the deposit and insisted thai baht. Eventually I did pay the thai Baht but that trouble me for the time being. I was travelling solo and brought two luggages. Either security staff or reception staffs didn’t land me a hand at all and just watch me struggle instead, both check-in time and check-out. Staffs were not welcoming and friendly at all.
