They were all the same room type, deluxe rooms. Finally, we were given a room on the first floor. I asked if there was a room upstairs, and the front desk continued to answer: It was full. Yeah, it was this middle-aged man in his 40s on the night of the 21st. I didn't want to communicate with the front desk the next day. Ctrip was a little more expensive, so I also placed an order from the platform. The next day, I went to renew the room card. The front desk was a young girl with a much better attitude.
