my stay with Bonsai was terrible. When i first stayed in room 304, the aircon had an unpleasant smell and yet there was nothing the hotel could do for me as all the room was fully occupied. They only gave me an air fresher to endure until the next day.
They changed me to room 203,however, the air was stagnant and the room was not sound proof and bed was itchy for both 203 and 304
Didn't have a good sleep for 2 consecutive nights.Never gonna stay with them again.The good thing perhaps is that they have spacious room and good location.If you need a good sleep,this is not a place for u.

Probably the quietest room, but it was noisy due to the 24-hour traffic on Bangkok roads. Wear noise cancelling headphones when sleeping.
There were mosquitoes in the room, and the towels/bedding were of poor quality.

A very satisfying stay. The hotel also has an additional loft for breakfast. Although there are not many choices, it is enough. Toothbrushes and conditioners are available in the room. Very suitable for a short stay.

First of all, the location is good. It is close to Don Muang Airport (4 minutes walk to the bus stop), Suvarnabhumi Airport (2 minutes walk to the nearest Airport Link station), there is a 7-Eleven next to the hotel, and Central World is a 15-minute walk away. There are many restaurants. Honestly, there is no problem.
There is some noise (it is along the main road, so there is a certain amount, but it didn't bother me at all.) and other reviews said that there was a sewage smell, but there was no smell at all.
They also replenished the mineral water every day, which was very helpful.
They also upgraded the room, so I was able to spend my stay comfortably.
I would like to use this hotel again next time I stay in Bangkok.
