The service attitude of the hotel is good, the rooftop swimming pool environment has a good view of the surrounding area, and the fitness room is fully equipped and clean. The only inconvenience is that you have to take the subway first, so you can transfer to BTS to go to surrounding shopping malls and attractions.

The most deducting point is that the water pressure in the room is insufficient, the temperature of the shower water is hot and cold, and the water flow is relatively thin, making the shower not as enjoyable as at home! On the third night of my stay, I opened my bath towel and saw a piece of hair. I emphasized that it was not ordinary hair. You have to experience it for yourself. Also, what makes me most angry is that my husband was obviously in a spa, and he went to the spa in person to book an in-room massage. Because he was out, I was the only one looking at the two children, and he thought I had an in-room massage. How did I know that it was 20 minutes after the reservation time? I felt something was wrong. I called the front desk and he asked me to ask. However, there was no reply until half an hour after the reservation time. I called myself. When I went to the spa, they explained that there was no equipment for in-room massage and that I had to go to the massage parlor in person. Then you should tell me earlier. It wasted more than half an hour of my time. As a result, I had to take two children to the spa. By then, I was already exhausted before I could "enjoy" the massage. And the price is extremely expensive, nearly HK$1,000 for 60 minutes. I really feel tired!

The room was facing west and it was very hot when I first entered. The space was large, but all the details were unhygienic. The curtains, windows, and bathroom were all dirty. The cleaners were very lazy and the elevator was old. If you are used to staying in international brand hotels, I would not recommend it. It does not meet the standards of big-name hotels overall.
