Lovely hotel very clean and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that they don’t offer breakfast. The upside is that there’s a wonderful restaurant on the 15th floor.

My son got a little sick in the room. There was some vomit on 1 pillowcase and the sheet. Most of the vomit was on the floor. It did not soak through the mattress or to the pillow. I checked to make sure. If it had soaked through, I wouldn't have any problems with them taking the deposit, but it was just on the surface. The hotel decided to charge us for 1 hand towel (that was for sure in the bathroom and was nowhere near the vomit), and 2000 baht to wash these items. I have literally NEVER had this problem before while living in Asia. Not to mention, replacing them wouldn't cost that much. At the front desk for checkout was John, who calculated to make sure he didn't need to give any of the deposit back.

A very spacious executive two bedroom suite. Fits 5 comfortably. My friends and I enjoyed the stay. Front desk receptionists are professional and polite

The room is very clean and close to 711. There is a snack shop downstairs.

The toilet in the lobby on the first floor smells very strong. The room is nice, but it's not good for the intruder to come in without knocking.

I stayed in three hotels in Thailand. This is the one with the best value for money. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos.

It's rubbish. There's a 5,000 fine for smoking. It feels like the hotel has never seen money
