The hotel need to reposition the 220V 50 Hz outlets properly to Vertical position.
The current Horizontal Position caused POOR CONTACT OR NO CONTACT to the Charges we used.
It took 10 hrs to charge the Mobile Phone due to poor contact.

This is not our first stay, we like the hotel, it is very conveniently located to the BTS to the airport, nearby within walking distance is the Bayeki Sky tower, Siam Paragon supermarket, Big C, there is a lot of food. Breakfasts are good, the staff is very friendly and helpful, we have no complaints, there is an electric car, they help to take things to the BTS. There is a swimming pool on the 9th floor! Well done!
