The front desk can speak Chinese and the service attitude is good, but the room is a bit bad. The sheets are stained, there are some hairs on the floor of the shower that have not been cleaned up, the furniture is a bit old, it is barely livable, and it is close to the subway, just a few steps away

There were cockroaches in the hotel room. And the shower gel was not provided. When I informed the front desk to clean the room properly and requested for the shower gel, there was no action taken. And the other day, there was no room service because the hotel staff did not provide the clean towels and clean the room. There was no sign of anymore entered the room.
