The farang GM left. Now GM less, the service level has dropped. My booking was for king premium room with king sized bed. Hotel gave a room with 2 single beds.
No more welcome basket for regular guests.

酒店的服務太差勁，不是一般的差勁，前台工作人員就像顧客欠了他們錢似的，毫無服務意識，看人下菜碟，對歐美人就跪舔，對華人面孔就各種刁難。明明預訂的是大床房，結果到了告訴我們沒有了，衹有雙床房，也不給升級房間或者給出解決方案，就是一幅愛住不住的態度。我聯繫攜程多番溝通和投訴後，過了一會前台那個**工作人員，好像叫Bobby（男）又説現在有大床房了，可能就是看我們不好糊弄才給我們房間，什麼玩意啊，泰國的很多酒店服務態度都非常好，結果一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋湯。
不僅如此，我們原以為衹是那個工作人員服務態度差，後來又幫忙給其他客户也預訂過這個酒店，結果客户嚴重投訴服務態度太差，看來服務態度惡劣是酒店的“優良傳統”啊！

This time I stayed at the Surawong Montien Hotel. The facilities are a bit old because of the long time, but the service is really great. The receptionists at the front desk and the gate are very serious and the service is super good👍.
