The staff are friendly and the hotel was beautiful and quiet.

The location is nice if you have a car, it’s not far from DMK Airport. the pool is lovely with lots of trees. The room is quite old. Lunch buffet is fantastic only for 690 THB. Not enough staff at spa and massage. If you are that kind of person that you cannot sleep if you hear people talking from the walk way and from another room. And if you don’t like a group of Chinese tourist. This place is not for you.

Location inconvenient if for holiday but still ok for business

Nice location for travellers who has agenda in north of Bangkok. Hotel is very old and partially renovated. Inside guest room and bathroom is rather old.

Nice place for staycation. There is a beautiful garden at the entrance of the hotel make the environment green. The room is clean and neat. Staffs are nice, friendly and willing to help.

Good room good swim

Good hotel, swimming pool also good, i liked the location also, staffs are helping all with luggage , safe volt is okay

The room was not very clean, with small insects from humidity. Room was smelly. Room phone not working and technician couldn’t repair it. Breakfast very poor, almost only chinese food. Staff with a very poor english. Well this hotel was good before maybe 15 to 10 years ago, but not anymore.

Over booked, so we got an upgrade to superior room. The aircon was loud as a truck, the switchers for light didn't work so we hat to call housekeeper. It Tool ohne hour until he find out electric problems! I spend many times in this hotel, in different rooms and i can tell you : for this price and the bad location, go and look for another hotel. It"s a realy dirty place alreaddy!!!

An old hotel without maintenance, from its lobby to the hotel room. Bad location far from BTS station and no stores nearby. Furnitures and electronic equipments are older than my dad. No recommending this hotel unless you have an event held in the hotel hall or using its sport courts. You have much more better options if you’re going to have a vacation in Bangkok!

The hotel is clean n the room was spacious, breakfast was nice , overall it was a good stay.
