The room itself was clean but the bathroom needed some attention. The location was good for going places but not for walking at night as the whole street was for “ladies of the night”. The staff were lovely and the amenities were great.

I'm glad to have improvement services provided during my stay this time. Comparative clean and maintain good conditions of electricity iron was provided. Regular monthly pest control was performed but still had found some cockroach afterwards. (See pictures).
Restaurant services was improved, all staffs wear smiles over their faces. Keep tidy of customers tables after used efficiency. Well done.

This hotel was great for us because we wanted a comfortable room with a balcony and kitchen, well located with a pool that is open until 10pm. The apartment was large and spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom absolutely fine. Room cleaning was available daily on request, or just towels and water bottles in front of the door if you wanted that.
The tuk-tuk shuttle to the nearest BTS station is super practical, the internet worked perfectly. You could even reserve a small wellness room with a jacuzzi and sauna for yourself free of charge! On the day of departure we were able to stay in the hotel until late in the evening, and our luggage was stored without any problems. The only negative point (from our point of view) is the location in the overly touristy Nana district with its many gogo bars. Nevertheless, a great apartment hotel!
