There were staff members who could speak Japanese, and I was able to arrange a ride to the airport the next day without any problems.
I will use them again when I have a business trip to Thailand.

Great hotel, good service, friendly staff. Unfortunately, after the earthquake there was a problem with the water, which wasn't very clear. I wanted to use the jacuzzi service, but it wasn't available.

The hotel is far from the main streets so you will need to walk or wait for their tuktuk to be back. The studio is ok, not much to complain as the price is not bad at all, but the shower and bathroom are very old, they should work a bit on their maintaining because you can see moist in many places. They charge 20 bath for toothbrush or amenities after first day, which i still don't understand why.
The staff is not very friendly, and they rush your questions to answer them quick and cold.

The location is about 700m away from the main street, Sukhumvit Road. The nearest BTS station is sometimes written as Nana, but I feel that Phloen Chit is closer. When you leave the hotel, you can take a tuk-tuk to Sukhumvit Road. There is a massage shop on the way, and you can get a coupon for that shop, so you can use it (the massage shop was very good). If you exit from the back, there seems to be a convenience store nearby, but I didn't use it.
The facilities are a little worn down, but they were very clean and good. (There was a slight rust smell from the screws fixing the handrail in the bathroom.)
The room is spacious, and the four bottles of water provided are replenished every day (they are bottles. It was even better if you could take them out with you in plastic bottles)
The breakfast is also delicious.
