Great location everything was perfect food halal everywhere

Spacious hotel room with 2 queue beds. Hotel near Nana BTS station, convenient to all the shopping malls by train.

The hotel was okay. It needed to wash the curtains and bathroom smelt like a sewer. Staff were excellent though.

We booked this room as we didnt have many options for our family of 4 to stay together in one room that is close to Nana BTS. The room size itself was very big which didn't make us feel cramped at all. The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower and faucet wasn't very strong and the cleanliness of the place can be better. Location wise, it's only a few minutes walk to the main road and easily accessible to the Nana BTS station. However, the road leading to the hotel is quite narrow and not flat at all, so would not suggest anyone to try and walk with their luggage down the road. Overall, a satisfactory stay.

2nd time in this hotel. Near BTS Stn and many halal eateries.. Serves halal breakfast. Perfect for Muslim family who prefer to travel via train for sightseeing.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very accommodating. Good costumer service. I recommend it for those who want to stay in downtown.

Good location,good service , & room big suitable for family

The room was HUGE and spacious. We had so much space for the 3 of us. It was so comfy too, and it was about 5-10 minutes work from Nana station (which is close to nightlife). Grab & Grab bike was convenient and there is a convenience store close by. Service was good too $ the staff was helpful.

In-room Wi-Fi reception very bad, absolutely not acceptable, no matter you are on vacation or at work, I couldn’t even do my work nor check emails in room, I could only have my work and online meetings done at Resturant or lounge area where the wifi reception is better, the in-room wifi réception is rubbish, definitely need to be upgraded. Breakfast is good, I like Indian and Middle East style available too. The staff at lobby was nice and intimate too but house keeping was pretty slow, calling for water, towel or anything extra took really long time for them to respond, retraining is definitely required to the housekeepers again what and how response to the customers should be given within a reasonable time frame.

Good location in the centre of Bangkok a little busy but if you love the nightlife this is a place to be
