It's a nice quiet hotel in a residential area. Walk about 12 to 13 minutes to Ari BTS station and the food street. Staff are very courteous and friendly. No breakfast provided, but they do have instant noodles and other biscuits for free. ARI BTS can be connected to the MRT Blue Line either via Mo Chit / Chatichuk (this is the option to Apitwal Grand terminal and the Red line) and Siam station (to city centre and Chinatown). Only issue is no lift in the property. If you stay on level 3 and above, expect to climb but have more privacy.

I reserved a non-refundable room but were unable to go on the day of the reservation. I requested a date change, which the hotel agreed to. On the check-in date, I encountered some difficulties, but they were resolved by contacting a trip.com officer. The location is far from BTS. The others are good.

The hotel takes 12-15 minutes to walk from Ari BTS station, but you can call Muvmi tuk tuk to and from the hotel. If you walk back to the hotel on Soi 5 at night, it will be very dark and quiet. There is no elevator in the hotel, but the staff is very helpful in taking luggage up to the 4th floor. The room is mainly wood-colored and has a large area. It has a microwave but no refrigerator. The shower head has enough power, but the water temperature is too hot. There are many specialty restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel. All in all, this seemingly family-run hotel is acceptable, and the room rate is more than 400 Hong Kong dollars per night, which is reasonable.

The hotel is located slightly away from the nearby subway station, so the surrounding environment is relatively quiet. The hotel environment is very good, the room is clean, but the air conditioner is a little loud. Your passport will be carefully checked when you check in, and a 500 baht deposit will be required. There are no slippers or toothbrushes in the room, so you need to buy them separately if needed. All water in the room is charged, 30 baht per bottle. The room will be inspected when checking out.
