Pros: The public area is very beautiful and very Thai. There are Thai folk dance performances in the afternoon. The location is right by the Mekong River. There is a dock where you can take a boat to the city (see Figure 11 for details). Cons: The old-fashioned design of the bathtub and shower room in the bathroom is a bit hard to accept (see Figure 12 for details). The threshold of the bathtub is very high, almost 50 cm, and the glass folding door used to block water makes it feel dangerous to step in and out. In addition, for such a large hotel, none of the waiters can speak Chinese. Ps: As a resort hotel, I don’t think the location is a disadvantage, but there is really nothing around. If you want to buy some drinks and snacks, you have to take a taxi. There is a Terminal 21 shopping mall nearby. This time, we didn’t book a river view room. Great hotel to relax in Bangkok and avoid the business of the city. I will recommend to try the restaurant/rooftop SEEN. Very trendy and pricy as well. All staff were so kind.

I had meetings nearby so the location was perfect for me. Otherwise, it is a bit far of everything but you have a shopping mall just next to it with everything you would need.
For cleanliness, I had killed a cockroach and let it there in the middle of the room thinking the cleaning service would take care of it. They did not. So I have serious doubt about the cleanliness.

but it was really good, and because it was right in front of the river,

Excellent room design
Very comfy beds and lucky sheets
Enjoyed a bit of fun at 5pm or so when the peace was replaced with a Thai procession
