This hotel is totally not up to the 4-star standard. The front desk is on the 8th floor. The room comes with 2 bottles of free mineral water. Because the child broke one bottle, the front desk asked us to pay 100 baht when we checked out. We wanted to store our luggage, but they just let us put it aside. The attitude is very bad. I will never come again.

The room is not soundproof at all. The noise started at 6 o'clock, and the door slammed loudly. At 7 o'clock, the cleaning and vacuuming started, which was so noisy. I have never heard such a noise.

The room facilities are very poor, similar to the 100-200 RMB hotels in China. I don't know how this hotel got a 4-diamond rating. The bedding is also very poor, as if it hasn't been changed for a long time. It makes me itchy when I lie down. There are basically no facilities. I don't recommend it. Avoid it.
