All the staff were kind and treated us very well. We stayed with a 4-year-old child, but we had a private room with an auto-lock, showers/toilets were separate for men and women on each floor, and there was a staff member on duty/something like an intercom, so we felt safe. The toilets, shower rooms, and rooms were cleaned every day, and if the room didn't need cleaning, all you had to do was hang a sign on the door. They also sold cold water and snacks, and we were able to buy laundry detergent.

The location is very good, 5 minutes walk from Bangkok Old Railway Station.
2 minutes walk to the subway station entrance and bus station.
The multi-person room is on the 4th floor, no elevator.
There is drinking water, electric kettle, bread oven and microwave. But there is no refrigerator.
The decoration is a bit old, but clean. I saw the staff busy cleaning every day.
If you will stay again after checking out, you can store your luggage for free for 7 days.

If you're happy with a low standard (2 hooks, 1 stool, 1 small table and bed) as well as a shared shower and toilet, which are cleaned daily, you'll find accommodation that's in an ideal location and serves as a starting point for activities in the city. Big city noise included, of course.
Very nice operator. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the hostel until the evening after checking out. Thank you again for that.
