I had a terrible experience at Aspira Sukhumvit. When I arrived, the air conditioning didn’t work, and despite calling the front desk, they were not helpful. They told me to wait 30 minutes to an hour, but it was still not cold even after that. The room was infested with mosquitoes, and I had to call for someone to come and spray, which was inconvenient and unpleasant. To make things worse, one of the staff members, a *******, was extremely rude, and the other staff were unfriendly and unapproachable—they looked like they couldn’t smile if they tried. When I checked out a little late, they cut 800 baht from my deposit, which felt unreasonable and unprofessional. The bed was full of bed bugs, and I was itching all night long. There were no basic supplies like a toothbrush, and the room was tiny, poorly maintained, and had a musty smell. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed here before. This time I was given a small boxroom even tho I paid for a superior room. Not the best stay this time compared to previous visits

Generally very comfortable and clean hotel that is located right in the center of tourist nightlife area. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable and strong shower. For the price it was bargain place to stay...some good restaurants within 5 minute walk.

The room is very small. There was an issue with tap water too. Not so impressive that night. Sorry.

Amazing clean place and good staff

The location is excellent, right in the center of Bangkok. It is located on a party street so easy access to bars and fun. I stayed for one night and there was a constant bad smell in the room, don't know if from the adjacent rooms or if it persists longer. Other than that, a decent room for the money.

Very noisy as pubs are just downstairs but great location which is just right under nana bts

The staff in this small hotel is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very clean.
