The soundproofing is very poor.

The price of this hotel is very OK. It only takes one or two minutes to walk to Nana Station. It was Christmas when I went there. The hotel had a Christmas atmosphere. The hotel lobby was surrounded by Christmas trees and Christmas decorations. The staff were very friendly and polite.
