5 stars for the cleanliness, service and location!
However , if you're a noise sensitive person, you may need to reconsider booking this hotel. The only cons is the room soundproof is not very good but it didn't bother me throughout my whole stay. Everything else was just great.
The hotel is just a two minutes walking distance to the railway station and one of the famous mall, Iconsiam.

It is a certain distance from the main street but not noisy. The only drawback is that the room is small, a bit like the Japanese tatami style.
