The room is a bit small and cramped. Overall, it's okay. The bathroom is clean, but there's a lot of noise at night. I don't know what kind of machine is working all the time, which disturbs my rest.

Uncomfortable and inconvenient
You need to constantly adjust the tap for the water heater in the shower, the floor is dirty, the fridge is unstable, i need to go to the front desk twice as my room card cannot access the room

Lazy cleaning service, inattentive staff
The hotel has seen better days, the walls could do with a lick of paint, the floors need deep cleaning and the cleaners need to do their job a bit more thoroughly and not leave stuff on tables like a 3-day-old cup of iced coffee that's obviously finished. I left the room to go somewhere else for 3 days and came back to find they had only just refreshed the bedsheets and nothing much else in 3 consecutive cleaning days. Lazy cleaning service.
