BECAREFUL WHEN YOU BOOK A PRIVATE TAXI WITH THE HOTEL. YOU MIGHT GET SCAMMED.
We were scammed by the tour desk person at the hotel.
- The tour desk person said he can help book a private taxi for us to go to the railway market and floating market.
- Railway market we were late by 30 mins, the driver was very mad at us.
- The floating market, the taxi driver took us to a private dock and required us to pay 8000 BAHT to ride an electric boat to bring us to the real floating market. We knew we didnt need to enter the floating market this way, nor do we have to pay so much and requested the taxi driver to bring us to the real location. He refused and threatened to bring us directly back to the hotel.
- The driver was yelling at us together with the dock service person. They must be a team.
- We honestly thought our kidney was gonna get taken when we were in the middle of nowhere, that feeling suck.
Honestly I was very shock that the driver we hired does not follow my schedule, gets mad us, yells at us, and does not take me to the location i want to be taken to. Just many sighs..
The tour desk person speaks bad english, please make sure you confirm everything to the teeth before saying yes.
If we knew this is what is going to happen we would have just booked a taxi from grab...
I cannot find the location or name for the private dock so this hotel must be responsible for the service you offered.
Enjoy 2 photos I took at the private dock, the green shirt is the driver yelling at us, and the black shirt is the lady scamming us.

As for the hotel, public spaces are super great, the decorations are also awesome, breakfast was good.
Location is horrible though, apparently this location is not part of the city of Bangkok anymore.
Our Room was moldy, hot and looked very run down.
