Fantastic hotel, great staff, excellent attention to detail, a wide variety of restaurants serving great food. Loved the cigar bar and the staff were very knowledgeable. Service around the pool was top notch and of course being by the river made it very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The kettle in the room was broken, the cleaning was average, and the water in the shower room was not draining well. The shower gel toiletries are not well placed because it is very difficult to squeeze out the liquid. 👎! The mattress was very soft and hard, but the pillow was too soft, so I changed it to a harder one. There are a lot of mosquitoes around the hotel🦟. The boat schedule is very sparse, so you need to reserve time to go out on the boat. The hotel's dining was very good. Worth a try.
