去之前有多期待，之後就有多失望。
這個名氣很大，價格目前在曼谷最貴的嘉佩樂，真是虛大於實。首先，花了7700人民幣入住，但是竟然各方面不如3000的麗思卡爾頓，心理落差真大。滿額頭寫着我是大**。沒有對比就沒有傷害，隔壁的四季那叫一個高端大氣上檔次。
設施：酒店非常小，基本什麼設施都沒有，小朋友覺得很無聊，但是酒店定位不是親子酒店，這個我能理解。
酒店就衹有一個毫無亮點的泳池，平平無奇，不過不失。但是，泳池的服務就一言難盡了。衹有一個服務員，期間一直不知道去了哪裡，更別提服務了。既沒有幫我鋪毛毯，更沒有送上一瓶水。真是越想越生氣。後來終於見到他了，問他有沒有救生圈給小朋友，回答説沒有。一個以服務出名的酒店，真是讓人失望。麗思卡爾頓除了一直端茶倒水，還貼切地問我要不要防曬，這點就吊打嘉佩樂。而且酒店旁邊的更衣室，就衹有更衣和洗手間，汗蒸水療池，一樣都沒有。
服務：這個以優質服務出名的酒店，我並沒有感受到賓至如歸的感覺。服務員全程職業假笑，並沒有提供任何優質服務。我應該有贈送2杯酒吧雞尾酒的，服務人員一概不提，我自己後來也忘記了。
房間歡迎水果，衹有幾個便宜的橘子，為什麼其他人有香檳，我卻衹有幾個橘子？歡迎甜點敷衍，就連開夜床服務都沒有。
酒店的免費活動敷衍，一點都沒有想參加的慾望。
早餐：我去過海南嘉佩樂，上海嘉佩樂，這個曼谷嘉佩樂最差。早餐非常敷衍。半自助形式，自助區真的沒什麼好吃的，跟3星級配置差不多。單點的餐單，連泰國出名的湯粉炒粉都沒有。味道普通，難吃，推薦的蝦煎蛋，我以為怎麼也有一衹完整的蝦，結果衹有一點冷凍蝦仁。真是顛覆了我的認知。餐廳裝修也很普通。上海嘉佩樂餐具全部都是wedgwood，這家竟然是付費的下午茶才有。餐具超級普通，就連咖啡也難喝，自動咖啡機沖的。連個咖啡師也不願意請？
環境：綠化不算特別多，環境不如隔壁四季的高端以及宏偉。從酒店外觀來説，也不夠四季有設計感。四季價格衹要嘉佩樂的三分之二。用嘉佩樂的價格，住四季的套房，不好嗎？
房間：普通房7700.竟然連個電動馬桶都沒有。麗思卡爾頓3000的價格都有電動馬桶。水龍頭，浴室等五金配件，均來自無品牌，嘉佩樂那就一個省錢。
本人很喜歡體驗高級酒店，但是對這個嘉佩樂，可以説是非常非常失望。
不知道亞洲50強稱號怎麼來的。
當然酒店也有優點，就是比較寧靜，人很少。有度假感。如果不缺錢的，真的沒有太大問題，畢竟它的價格擺在那裡。但是，如果追求一份錢一分貨的，嘉佩樂真的不值，性價比超低。
