My biggest problem with this hotel is the offered amenities do not match the hotel. For instance there was supposed to be an executive lounge. But there was none. Also there is no massage service.
The restaurant was very nice. Mostly the place was super clean. However they have a problem with pigeons shitting all over the place.
There are some excellent authentic Thai restaurants nearby that are fantastic.
The room has a bathtub. But the water was never hot.
The breakfast buffet was very good.

The soundproofing in the room was so bad that I could hardly sleep all night. The conversations in the corridor were very obvious and noisy. This hotel is not as good as the photos show. There are basically bus tour groups parked there, and it is divided into two buildings. I booked two rooms, but after I swiped my card into one of the rooms, I found that someone was living there. Fortunately, there was no one in the room. I quickly went to the front desk to find the waiter, but they changed the room before I could say anything, which means they knew they gave the wrong room card. The breakfast is also a group meal. It is not a so-called five-star hotel at all. I advise you to leave.
