If you arrive before 9pm, there will be no staff at the front desk, so you have to call.
All private information and rooms are placed in plain sight, leaving no privacy at all.
After getting to the room, within 2 minutes, the two children had already developed rashes all over their bodies. I immediately went down to the lobby and called the hotel waiter to come and take a look.

We booked a 2 bedroom room and the room smells very bad, it’s a suffocating sewage smell from everywhere in the whole room even when we tried closing the toilet door. The room was on the fourth floor and at midnight there’s a drilling water pump motor noise that appears for 1 minute every 10 minutes. The whole place looked like they only clean once in a while and the location of the hotel is surrounded by adult massage place and bars which is not suitable for family stay. Booked for 4 nights but we left the room after the first night. Worst experience I ever had booking rooms from trip.

The pictures of the hotel are a bit overly beautified. The actual hotel is in a small alley in a red-light district. It has three bedrooms on the top floor. The elevator can only go to the 4th floor. You need to carry your luggage to the 5th floor. There are two bathtubs, one of which has no shelter. The lounge chair on the balcony is very dirty and not very comfortable. However, the balcony has a good breeze and is suitable for drying clothes. The overall facilities are OK, but the cost performance is not high

The room was just like the picture. It is good for family.
The lobby had free water and tea.
The black fan in the room was making a loud noise, so we couldn’t turn it on due to loud noise.
The hotel wifi was down when we got there, the host said they are waiting for a cable technician.
Overall, good room in good location.
