The location is good, we stayed longer because of the problems with the suitcase - it wouldn't have survived the move. You can't really live there. We had a room with 2 beds, the windows didn't open and were blocked by a pillar. No view. The staff is ok, not thrilled. In the first days I didn't like the man at the reception at all: no one is there after 5, he answers all questions "this is not a hotel, if you don't like it, you don't have to stay anymore". Then it became ok. They only give you a towel and toilet paper, and even then you have to remind them, they clean once every 3 days, sometimes you have to remind them. They don't give you water, but there is a sweat with hot water on the first floor and a microwave. There is a bar on the first floor, there is always music at night, you can't really sit at the tables for bar customers, have breakfast, have dinner, the bartender is so-so. The shower is in the toilet, there is no hot water, no soap accessories either, the toilet is shared.
In general, so-so, to be honest. The advantages are the location in the old center, and you can print documents at their reception for an additional fee.
