First of all, the environment is average, the soundproofing is very poor, the equipment is old, and the hotel is close to the road, which is very noisy!
Then I booked two nights before I went there, and half an hour after checking in, I needed to cancel one night due to something. I saw clearly that it was half an hour after checking in! I refused directly, and the Ctrip staff was very helpful. I went to negotiate again the next day, but it was still rejected!

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and very lovely and caring staff, that would happily help you with anything you need. The hotel is centrally located, close to shopping malls, restaurants and all kinds of transport. Great value for money.
