This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The soundproofing is not even as good as that of a fast hotel. When I first checked in, I was arranged in a room facing the street. Later, I changed to a room slightly inside, but I still felt like sleeping on the main road. The sound of motorcycles, horns, and express trains was right next to my ears. Even with earplugs, I couldn't isolate the noise. Is it difficult to install soundproof glass? The staff told me that all rooms are like this. Who knows the feeling of not being able to sleep well on a business trip!
On the second day of my stay, they forgot to clean my room. At 8 o'clock in the evening, when I was washing and getting ready to go to bed, they rushed in to clean and said that they found that I was missed after reading the report. On the third day, the coffee capsules were not replenished, and only half of them were replenished on the fourth day. The toiletries have not been given a comb, nor have they been replenished with cotton swabs. The bathroom has not been cleaned, and it is really annoying that the floor drain is blocked when taking a shower.
The quality of Marriott is really disappointing. I will not stay there again and will not recommend anyone around me to stay there.
