Upon arrival, hard to locate main entrance, which is hidden behind alley.
There is no lift. You have to walk a flight of steps to 2nd floor to check-in lobby. Not recommended for those with large luggages.
After confirming there is no lift, I had to carry my luggage 2 floors upstairs myself. I realised days later there is a cargo pulley system for luggage transport use from 2nd floor to your room. Why was I not offered earlier?
Although on Google Map to Phrom Phong BTS station, the walk is about 10min, somehow the actual distance took longer and was more tedious, partially due to many potholes or uneven pedestrians walk.If you choose to walk from BTS to the hotel, make sure your luggage wheels are hardy enough.
