1. I booked two days online. After landing at 8:30 pm, I lined up to take a bus to Bangkok. I found a place to eat. When I arrived at the hotel, no one checked in. I contacted the hotel many times but no one answered the phone. At 2 a.m., there was still no one at the front desk, and there was no reminder for self-service check-in. In addition, the hotel never took the initiative to call me to check in. I was forced to rebook another hotel that was twice as expensive at two or three in the morning. The hotel did not apologize and did not refund me. I will complain to the local market supervision and management bureau and tourism government departments, and publicize to the media, calling for respect for tourists' normal accommodation and travel needs; 2. Although I did not check in, I stayed at the front desk for a long time, waiting for the boss to come to check in. During this time, I observed the accommodation environment. The environment was extremely poor, very shabby, and there were many mosquitoes. Whoever stayed here would be ripped off. If you are not afraid of being ripped off, just book it.
