Business Hotels in Bangkok

So the gym is a little bit, lacking for all the muscular men that are there. This definitely attracts a fit and *** crowd. Which means this hotel is nice. That said there is no Olympic weights and there are limited machines; not enough for multiple people to work out at the same time. There is also no Olympic weights. Get a good workout in it is relatively empty, but the gym was pretty busy when I was there. There was some delightful unexpected things like Ginger drink that was in the refrigerator. The swimming pool is kind of small and strange. The breakfast buffet is nice, especially if you pre-buy it then it’s relatively affordable and a great deal. The woman is very nice to larger than most rooms. I’ve stayed in for Bangkok. The wonderful room was more than a had a nice bathtub. Nice shower and a nice bed and was spacious. The location leaves a little bit to be desired. It’s busy and I didn’t think about the location when I booked the area but make sure that it is close to things that you want it to be. Just remember that traffic in Bangkok really sucks so if you are Traveling elsewhere in Bangkok, It can take plenty of time.

I stayed at Swissotel Ratchada from January 3 to 8, 2025, and while there were some positives, one serious issue left me quite concerned. The hotel’s location is excellent—within walking distance to plenty of food options and shopping areas, which made getting around very convenient. The design of the hotel feels a bit dated, but it’s still in good condition and maintains a certain charm. I stayed on the 7th floor, and on January 4, there was scheduled electrical maintenance from around 11 AM to 5 PM. During this time, the electricity was completely off, which meant the elevators weren’t working. This was inconvenient, but what truly worried me was discovering that the emergency staircase was sealed off on the 6th floor. I had to use the stairs because the lifts were down, only to find there was no way to exit safely. When I asked the staff, they told me I would need to wait until the power was back on. Strangely, I also noticed that on the lift, there is no 6th floor listed. This is a serious safety issue. If there had been an actual emergency, there was no viable escape route, which is unacceptable. Guest safety should never be compromised, and I hope the hotel addresses this immediately. While I appreciated the location and general upkeep of the hotel, I would recommend it, but the safety remains a big question mark.

2nd time staying at centara grand @ ladprao. Some issues i had encountered on this trip: 1. During check-in the receptionist forgot to return my passport and i have to remind them & 2. Booked 2 rooms, 1 of the room was infested with cockroaches. Kudos to the staffs in assisting us to clear the roaches and immediately changed a new room for us at 12mn. There is room for improvement in cleanliness for a 5stars hotel, other than that everything else was good. Hope that there will be improvement when i visit next time.

Hidden gem!!! Expected nothing - received only positive vibes from that place! Paid just 85 USD for 2 nights (Grand Corner Room) incl. breakfast for 3 people and got: 1. Great, 40 sq. meters 2 bedroom room w. balcony. 2. Exceptional location. Quiet street but 7-10 minutes walk to On Nut BTS/Lotus/Big C. A few minutes walk to 7/11. No awful traffic around compared to Siam/Sathorn/Asok tourist areas. 3. Good breakfast. Both Asian/international. Best omelettes I have ever had in my Asia Pacific numerous trips. 4. Just 25 minutes ride to Suvarnabhumi airport. 5. Very polite and helpful staff. 6. Special thanks from the cigarettes smokers. Great ashtray type of ”gadget” on the wall at the balcony. Very convenient! Thanks :) Overall a great value for money. Surely will return next time if hotel keep this price/quality.

We have visited Lancaster Bangkok three times and have found it to be a perfect hotel when visiting the city. The rooms are clean, the facilities are excellent, and the reception staff provides wonderful service. However, I can only give them 4 stars due to disappointing experiences with the bellboy staff at the front door. Firstly, my brother had to drop off my luggage at the hotel while I wasn't there. He reported that the bellboy was rude and spoke to him unkindly. Secondly, after checking out, I left my luggage at the hotel. When I returned to collect it around 7-8 pm, the bellboy was again somewhat rude. Despite thanking him politely in both Thai and English, he did not respond and instead gave us an unpleasant attitude. This occurred on May 10, 2024. I wanted to pass this message along to the management and hope that during our next visit, we will receive the five-star service that we have come to expect.

The first room I was brought to had cockroaches, which was a huge mood killer. I had to buy bug spray. Thankfully on my 2nd night, I was moved to a bug free room. Overall, the hotel itself is great value for money and the rooms are massive. Gym was really big too. But the building is old so you may get bugs in your room. While location is in Sathorn, the hotel itself is kinda in a really remote area so there aren’t any convenience stores or restaurants or anything nearby so you do have to take a Grab out all the time.

Expected more from this place. After rebranding to Avani the staff is trying to do their best, but the place is quite outdated and needs some improvements. Pro's: 1. Location. A few steps to Phra Ram 9 MRT, convenient ride from Suvarnabhumi via cheap Airport Link train, hundreds of eateries, shopping and groceries around (Lotus, Fortune Mall, Central Rama). 2. Breakfast. Really great in terms variety. Expected much less. 3. Staff. Polite, helpful, speaks good English. 4. Clean and cool pool. 5. Price. 250 USD for 3 nights including 3 breakfasts at central Bangkok a few days before arrival is a good price nowdays. Con's: 1. Overall outdated facilities. Had to change the room upon arrival, because the one we were provided had broken window and the noise from the road was unacceptable. Tired furniture, awful dampness in the room. 2. Extremely overcrowded, noisy, too many disrespectful Asian quests. Sorry guys, but Its not normal to listen to your smartphone at full volume at public areas (restaurant) or come to breakfast dressed in your dirty pyjamas. Its not actually a hotel fault, but in my opinion, the staff can regulate it if there is a policy provided by management. Overall a good place but some improvements are required ASAP.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, Mr. Sunn (or Sonn) from the front desk told us our room was not ready yet, and he was so kind to invite us to the executive lounge to have a drink and some snacks and most importantly enjoy the beautiful view of Bangkok. 酒店的早餐十分丰富，囊括了泰国本土的美食、中东食品、西式早餐丰富程度远超国内的一线酒店品牌，如果你不喜欢喧闹的街头，在这里一样可以品尝到精致美味的thai street food 酒店的环境十分幽静，周围的商圈也十分雅致，有牛排馆中餐馆日料店….酒店的礼宾部可以登记预约前往地铁站的接驳班车，每个小时一趟是免费的 无边泳池不是很大，但是很度假，在炎热的中午，可以在泳池边小憩 我订的房型包含着厨房和小客厅，理论上是一个套间，但是价格很合适，更棒的是房间内还有洗衣机和炉灶餐具，可以常驻自己做饭。 唯一的美中不足就是前台送东西会稍微慢一些，每次都要等个十几20分钟。 十分喜欢这家酒店，这也是我第一次住凯宾斯基，印象非常的好，很愿意把它推荐给朋友和家人。 再次感谢所有接待我们的staff，包括礼宾前台客房还有餐厅的工作人员，谢谢

Our stay at Sathorn Vista Bangkok was exceptional. The hotel offers spacious, well-appointed rooms with all the amenities you could need, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. My parents particularly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the hotel's convenient location, which allowed us to easily access key attractions. The sauna, pool and gym were great perks for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and my parents were very pleased with the comfort and service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!

Location is nice. There’s subway station which helps to avoid traffic, room is nice and clean, but smell not good. We kept open windows and conditioner together. Personal is very nice , restaurant at the first floor is good and food is delicious, but breakfasts are not good from my observation. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, mattress was moving all the time, was not comfortable to sleep. That’s actually all what I can say 🙏 thank you
