新開的酒店，有電梯。設施都很新，房間裏也很乾凈，而且還給了4瓶水，氧氣也很足。剛進房間，感覺很舒服，還挺慶幸，選了連鎖酒店。衹是半夜停電了，供氧停了，海拔4700的位置沒有供氧，感覺有些憋氣。半夜又不好意思給前台打電話，一直等到早晨，打了好幾遍電話，前台都沒有人接，這點就顯示出服務人員缺乏培訓，沒有緊急情況的應對措施，哪怕免費提供幾個氧氣罐，也是一種安慰。酒店開業太匆忙，一些公共空間還沒有弄完。

一進屋就發現幾根長頭髮、桌子也有污漬、水壺有股怪味、給前台打電話通了就給我掛了、沒有服務可言、按説不應該出現這種問題

這麼高的海拔居然不是24小時供氧的，前台説晚上8點到早上9點供氧，早上8:30不到就沒有氧氣了，非常離譜，而且製氧機效果也不是很好，加濕器也沒有
