Iroomz Aura Inn

I had stayed in this very hotel years ago and back then it used to be a really good place. I guess now the management has changed, the entrance of the place itself stinks to the core. Rooms are very bleakly cleaned and you can feel the same in every corners. We were refused rooms initially and asked to pay 2k per room which was against the booking and on confrontation finally they showed us a shady room with dim lighting and no ac (which was specified in the app/website. I understand most pax stay at the hotel to party as i happened to hear bottles clinging sound from almost every room, but it shouldn't be the reason for lackluster response and unclean rooms. Bottom line you can get a far better room for the tariff you're paying!

The staff help was good the rooms management is excellent

Average room, a bit old, no hot water in the current cold climate, cockroaches in the room, noisy surroundings

The stay is very comfortable i have not checked out yet extended for few days. They are quite understanding and helpful, neat and clean rooms.

It was nice experience in this hotel staffs are good timly service done and near by all placeses good accesable. Over all good experience
