Everything was great the swimming pool is neat and clean. The best part is that they have private pool too attached to the room. Overall experience was good. Things to improve. While entering the property the security asked us what is the purpose of our visit when we said room. He said we don't have room today. Took few mins to explain him that we have already booked the room. And during exit we were stopped by security and asked we have have submitted the key, if we have made the payment. This is very embarrassing.. Concern: Me being a hotelier and working in the industry for almost 10 year. I am aware of the taxes applicable for the room. The taxes for the room are upto 7500 it's 12% & 7501 and above it's 18%. I informed the same to the lady who took my booking and also during the checkout I also showed them the tax slab and googled it and showed them but to my surprise they insisted saying it's in ids.. FYI IDS picks the taxes which has been setup by the property. I am going to take up the matter regarding incorrect tax charged to the guest as I am sure I am not only the one who has been changed 18% taxes instead of 12%

They turn off entire surrounding lights by 11pm. It was horrible.

Horrible service. never recommend anyone to visit this centre. front desk doest behave properly and food in breakfast is worse.. when we complain the front desk into argument mode.. charging per villa cost too heavily but not giving best possible service..

Dear Friends, Dont go to Golden Amoon Resort. They are Fake and Fraud. They dont even have a Google Customer Care Number to call. Also the website link given on google is fake. The Number there goes to a fraud person. I think management is not even aware of all this. When u contact the website number, they are sending QR Code to make the payment and then cheat us. Total irresponsible Management and Fraud Business

The hotel authority should learn, how to welcome guests when they are entering their property for the first time. The security should not hold the placard mentioning " Outside food and drink not allowed" in front of the main gate. Breakfast was very nice with lots of option but not at all good experience with lunch and snacks in the evening. Neither in quality nor in the way they are serving. The behavioral attitude of the resort officials should be improved a lot.
