I had a very disappointing check-in experience at the Hilton. The front desk staff lacked a welcoming attitude and took an unnecessary 40 minutes to check us in. Despite booking a suite and arriving tired at 9 PM, we were made to wait almost 45 minutes. I deeply regret choosing this property and would not recommend it.

Very upsetting experience. Booked the hotel room on prepaid basis but get delayed at least 30 mins when checking out being told payment was not settled. It was a business trip and my meeting was delayed and almost missed the flight after meeting. Hotel guy firstly checked with booking agent and get clarification the booking was prepaid and let me go. Nevertheless, after a few hours, notification came saying hotel still took payment from my credit card ! On the second day, another notification came informing payment was refunded to me because payment was settled by agent!

I recently stayed at x by bloom and while the overall experience was decent, there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. Firstly, there was a power cut during my stay, which affected the comfort a bit as it took some time to get resolved. Additionally, the hotel does not offer extra mattresses, which can be a drawback if you're traveling in a group or need extra bedding. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. However, considering the price, i would have expected better amenities, especially regarding the availability of extra bedding. Overall, it's a decent stay but could use some improvements.

Had booked a twin room for our 2 night stay in august. Location is good. Staff including at the reception, room service, restaurant are polite and helpful. Room and washroom was very clean and neat. Breakfast spread is good. Would definitely recommend

GGuest UserI stayed here for almost a week, overall it was a good stay, and had selected this due the fact that it's close to manyata tech park as well as closeby to elements mall. They have in house restaurant and food was good and service was prompt.
