Facing race course, room is clean and comfortable. Pillow need to be improve, I was stayed in other Holiday Inn, they provide a firm pillow, but these pillow is too soft, I have to stack 2 pillows together.

This hotel is in a good and convenient location. The hotel is well renovated and looks nice. However, there are a few issues and points that you should be aware of before checking in. 1. This is primarily a Vegitrian hotel. That is, you may find a meat dish, however it will be in the bar on the second floor, which is not very willing to visit. All breakfasts as well as dinners in the main restaurant will be exclusively vegetarian. 2. The quality of service is not up to four stars, this needs to be worked on. In my opinion it is not a bad hotel, but it deserves a maximum of three stars.

Excellent location in middle of the city, the staff at check in and breakfast is very friendly . Rooms are neat and clean. Tv did not work for over 15 hours and they had to change some box. Booked for watching cricket match but didn't happen . Breakfast spread is good. Taste is also good. Easy to get transport , taxi from hotel to anywhere. Security is good and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Toilet is clean. The guests from other rooms were loitering and woke me at 8am due to loud noises. Couldn't stop them as they are guest but hotel should monitor security and tell them not to make so much noise.

An excellent restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel, providing both great meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides. I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. The maintenance is good, clean and new property. the room size is very small and they have only one lift, so sometimes we need to wait for a long time. The staff are really humble. The washrooms are clean

Sure. I had a disappointing experience with room service during my stay. I ordered food, and after waiting for 45 minutes, i called to check on the status. It turns out, my order had been forgotten. While the staff was apologetic and quick to address the issue, i had to wait an additional 15 minutes before receiving my meal. The delay was frustrating, and the overall service fell short of expectations. For a hotel that aims to provide a seamless experience, this was a letdown. Hopefully, they can improve their attention to detail and timeliness in the future.

Everything was good but need a smoking area on the room floor. I am not saying that you have smoking rooms. But a smoking area on each floor is important. The restaurant closes too soon. the last order is not even taken at 10:29 PM when I tried to order. Everyone does not finish dinner so early. So, this has to be considered. The room was good and clean. I might not come back to the same hotel because of the above two issues. However, it is a good place to stay for families who don't smoke or order food late.
