When you walk into a hotel, what do you expect? A smiling face? A welcoming greeting? I was given a stare. A glare, perhaps. There were formality conversations for the check-in and ‘Chotu’ was called in to escort us to our room. A tiny, cramped up room, with a window facing a public park. Privacy, 101, clearly. We were welcomed to a damp smell in the bathroom, a wet half-used toilet roll, two bottles of hand wash in the name of toiletries. There was one bath towel for two people. And no hand towels either. No mini-bar like they claimed they would have. An Udupi Park restaurant on the opposite side to this hotel was our only saviour, when it came to food. Definitely won’t return for a stay here, nor will I want to suggest this to anyone else.

Mattresses are bad, no sleep quality. Not at all comfortable sleep and tap water flow speed is very very low. I would request the management to throw out those filthy and damped matrasses as they are sunk on either of the sides.

Pleasant place to stay. The staff welcome you with a smile and efficiently check you in and do all necessary to make you comfortable and feel at home. The complimentary breakfast can do with lots of improvements. At times it is good and sometimes it is difficult to appreciate.

Kind of Rooms, Types of Rooms may pl be shared during booking. There were three members in the family. and need for additional bed was already conveyed but room was very small due to non availability of rooms. Next day it was managed to shift in another room by the Hotel staff. Indeed, behaviour of staff was very nice.

Really liked the stay, rooms were clean, and everything was as expected. Wifi worked. Free breakfast was nice, there was multiple options. thumbs up to the management. Oh this 200 chars limit is a bummer, isn't it?
