The hotel has some weird rules, such as having to update the key card every day during the stay. I booked a room with breakfast included, but since I was in India for several days, I brought instant porridge to eat. However, the hotel staff informed me that I was not allowed to bring anything to eat in the dining room, even though it was breakfast, which I had already bought. The hotel could not upsell anything because it was a buffet. The last night before checking out, I went to have dinner at the Sanadige restaurant. The seafood was very delicious, but my friend asked permission to mix chili paste with rice. The staff said it was okay, no problem. The bed sheet was not very clean.

It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Room was clean but water pressure was very bad.
Pressure fluctuated and couldn’t get any hot water while showering…
Otherwise ok. But I may stay elsewhere next time
