We had a wonderful Day out at Taj Westend. Many a thanks to Sreelatha, Area Director of National Accounts for connecting us with the right people who were more than hospitable with a personal touch, taking extra care to make us feel more homely and warm with their services with smiles. I’d like to place it on record our warm appreciations and thanks to a few - Sreelatha - for making it happen, Hitesh N- a wonderful person playing host with a smiling countenance, his team - Neila, Sakshi, Mohan CH, Devansh et al. All of them were more than willing to Make us comfortable, more so the, two wheel Chair guests. They are all an asset to the organization any day and wish them all a very good luck and way to go… Not to be left out, at the pool, Dinesh and Devaraj were very helpful and were even willing to help us to take on a tour of the facility too! Great spirit!!! Thanks once again to you and all others, for making our day a very memorable and happy one. Coming to food-quality and quantity et al., is a done thing being TAJ who ensure a classical touch with taste, aroma with ambience and satisfy a connoisseur… Having said all that, I’d like to request the management to relook at their existing wheel Chairs as they are far from satisfactory. The pelvic belt is broken, too low a seat and sloping making the occupant to slip and slide. Did try with pillows but of no use. Recommend discarding the existing two wheel chairs and get contemporary ones with foldable arms, chest belts and pelvic belts etc., Also the entire area need to be looked up afresh from making it wheel chair friendly as every handicapped person may not be in a position to use a buggy and more so inside the facility God Bless!!!
