The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

Gave very shady room and when asked to change room they don't have same category room as well as they don't have immediately High category so they asked me to pay extra fees which was almost 3 times higher which was paid

Saravanan, Prakash babu and Mohan took care of us very well amazing service very good food and beverage selection would place to visit them again the place doesn’t feel like you are a part of the busy city feels like a place away from the busy city life

We went for a Sunday Brunch at Machan and the food and service was brilliant. Saravanan was our server and he took very good care, especially as we had folks in our party that had dietary restrictions. The chef prepared special meals to ensure the whole party had a fabulous experience. While the Leela Brunch is more expansive, the service at Taj ***** with special care for the folks with dietary restrictions made it a memorable experience.
