This is my second review. I have stayed at the gateway suites hotel and at the time of checkin the receptionist Mr. Parvez said that 2 portions of breakfast would me complementary as we were two people. Tea is also a part of breakfast but instead I was charged seperately only for Tea. Why do the hotel say breakfast is complementary and then charge seperately for tea???? My second issue I have already addressed in another review when the hotel staff seems to be from north east started banging at my door at 11.30 pm in the night just to tell us that we have a food bill of 450 rs to be paid and insisted me to do it at that poibt of time only, he wouldnt go. This guy woke us up from deepsleep. I had clearly mentioned at the reception to Mr. Parvez that the food bill would be cleared at the time of check out and he did agree.... and here they disturb guests at 11.30 pm in the night who were tired and just wanted to sleep. The General Manager should look into this matter seriously and not this lightly. I myself come from an hospitality background and I was deeply hurt with this type of behaviour. I would never visit here again.

The service of this Hell hole "Gateway hotel" was pathetic. I paid 2500 for a basic category room and online it was available for 1500 inclusive of all taxes. The room seivice was Horrible.... I had ordered food and it took almost more than an hour to get my order. The waiter who seems to be from north east woke us up in the middle of the night and kept banging at iurdoor at 11.30 p.m. in the night and woke us all up when we were all fast asleep. At 11.30 p.m. in the night the waiter woke us up to tell us that we have to clear our food bill. It seemed like we were running away somewhere in the middle of the night. I will never ever stay here again and would never recomment anyone staying here as their service is pathetic.

The Room No. 402 is good. Comfortable for stay. Spacious. Neat and clean. Hot water available. TV & AC dysfunctional. The room on 4th floor has 2 windows- one open to it assuage and other to neighbourhood flats. Privacy is a little concern despite having window curtains. No roper food service. Boy will get some coffee etc if you tell at reception. This accommodation is about 14-16 km away from Airport. Not 1.4 km as shown in the app. Even the little cation map is misleading. It’s closer and faster to reach airport than other hotels in the city.Reception is good. Staff are ok.
