I book the hotel through booking platform and after I reach there receptionist mention that your book is cancelled and later he mentioned that you can pay extra money so that they will accommodate hotel room which is scam and I did complain if there is cancellation why they haven’t informed or call they mentioned they reached which they didn’t .. and only my booking platform helped to communicate and later they took responsibility to fix it . Hotel Such poor service and scam and taking about room it is good to stay in home stay rather staying in that hotel . The next I moved to home stay which is really good and worth to stay near by that location.

We had candle light dinner. The staff was very cooperative. The arrangements were perfect. The experience was memorable. Overall, nice place for birthday or anniversaries. Worth it.

Gopu Das from Housekeeping was very helpful in returning my pen drive that I had forgotten in my room during check out. I would like to appreciate him

ok. hotel. staff at reception was not professional enough. Didn't feel attended well. reception lobby air conditioning was not ok. Temperature was not adequate and upto the level. It was not refreshing to be in reception lobby. Staff were non attentive and sometimes absent.

Excellent hospitality facilitated and perfectly enabled by Mr Shashank ,the front desk Manager, house keeping and food were perfect and reasonable
