We checked into JP cordial in December. The facilities in the room were ok. The exhaust fan in the toilet was not working, The breakfast spread was ok. As we went in for lunch there was only a buffet available and it was so smelly as they had some non veg items. It may be appropriate to have alacarte served. We asked if they can serve vegetarian items in the room but they refu

Breakfast was not served at 7:30 am and had to leave without breakfast. In room we almost slept due to early morning checkin a person after 15-20 minutes rings room bell to deliver water bottle and one twoel knowing 2 people have checking in. Toiletories we good but shower can try to get hot water instantly

There is no dental kit, no chapal for room wear, no shower cap. Only two packets of tea provided, how to manage. Room service is very poor. No hindi channel provided inspite of request, even english channel is not there.

Everything is ok. But they have to improve in hosekeeping, providing proper utilities, before asking. Cleanliness is good, hospitality is good. Pest control should be done accordingly. Thank you

I booked a room for two nights. I had stayed here one year ago. Aircondition was found cooling too much and temperature could not be controlled due to broken thermostat. Finally after trying to repair by the maintanence person he had to switch off the unit. Because weather was cold i could manage without airconditioner. Otherwise the room location is very good and manager mr karthik is helpful. They serve very good south indian breakfast.

Room dinner food quality is very poor and pathetic in taste. Needs scope of improvement in service and amenities.
